When Mosby’s was established in 1984, it was time to open
for business and the menus were not done at the
printers. So... the “Third Grade Notebook” idea was
decided upon and the menus were handwritten as if a
third-grader had done them. Now, 20+ years later,
Mosby still doesn’t know how to spell very well, but at
least he can use a computer to type the menu pages.
Some teachers have scolded us for these
misspellings, but can’t we just smile and have a
little fun?
